2002 Degree in Biological Science from the University of Naples “Federico II” (summa cum laude).
2007 Specialization in Clinical Pathology from University of Campania “L. Vanvitelli” (summa cum laude).
2011 PhD in Medical Science from Radboud University, Nijmegen, Holland.
2019 Eligible for the position of full professor in scientific field 06/A2.

Research and interest

Her line of research is pre-clinically oriented and is based both on anticancer epigenetic drug development and on the characterization of the mechanisms of tumorigenesis and leukemogenesis.
Area: biological systems and human diseases
Focus: Drug Discovery, Pathogenesis and Translational medicine, Mechanism of growth regulation, differentiation and apoptosis by epigenetic drugs.
Interests: Identification and characterization of mechanism(s) of diseases, with cancer as first hint.
